About

I am a recent MRes Biomedical Sciences and Translational Medicine graduate from the University of Liverpool. I specialise in Python and RStudio, however I am proficient in SQL and MATLAB.

I have an undergraduate degree in BSc (Hons) Pharmacology, and received a scholarship by the British Pharmacological Society in 2022.

Prediction modelling

For my Masters project I successfully externally validated a clinical prediction model using Python.

I am versatile in multiple coding languages and can seamlessly use different Python packages to conduct fast statistical analysis.
